Benjamin Zeng is a graduate of Cal Poly Pomona with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and a minor in Business Law and earned his Juris Doctorate from Chapman University in Orange, California. Since being admitted to the State Bar of California in 2007, he has gained extensive litigation experience working in diverse environments, including small boutique firms, private defense firms, and in-house counsel, in areas of law including labor & employment, personal injury, class action, general liability, insurance coverage, and criminal defense. His experience spans all stages of litigation, from client intake through trial, including obtaining favorable results for his clients as lead counsel in multiple civil and criminal jury trials.
With his extensive experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants in diverse areas of law, Benjamin is able to bring a well-rounded and seasoned perspective to the table in serving his clients. With over 6 years of experience in defense practice, he is well-equipped to seek justice and obtain compensation on behalf of individuals now that he is representing plaintiffs on the other side. He has always maintained close and personal relationships with each of his clients, prioritizing their interests and concerns above all else. He takes pride in his ability to communicate and sympathize with his clients, effectively address their concerns and communicate complex legal issues, and fulfilling all aspects of his role as their counsel. Benjamin was born and raised in Los Angeles, California. He enjoys watching movies, following the NBA and shooting hoops himself, and spending quality time with friends and family. He is Chinese/Japanese, speaks Mandarin, and is active in various Asian American bar associations and professional organizations, including the Asian Pacific American Bar Association, the Southern California Chinese Lawyers Association, and Taiwanese American Professionals.
